What personal information do we collect?

If you use our website, we may receive your generic location (such as city or neighbourhood).
When do we collect information?
We collect information about you when you make a reservation by our page.
How do we use your information?
We provide the information to the staff of the restaurant you booked until the date of your booking + 1 year maximum. After that, reservours automatically deletes all of our information about you. All of your data can be also deleted by deleting your reservation or requesting us on email@example.com
How do we protect your information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
Do we use 'cookies'?
A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server which allows the website to recognise you when you visit. Cookies only collect data about browsing actions and patterns, and do not identify you as an individual.

Where do we store the information?
We use the services of Mailjet inc. and Google Inc. for operations. Our data are stored in our secure data centers located exclusively in the European Union, with Google Cloud Platform in London (United Kingdom), Frankfurt (Germany), Belgium and St. Ghislain (Belgium) and also with OVH in Roubaix (France).
Do we disclose the information we collect to Third-Parties?
We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties. Any personal information we request from you will be safeguarded under current legislation.
We will only share your information with companies if necessary to deliver services on our behalf. Third parties (including firebase, google cloud platform google analytics, mailjet) to provide our Sites and fulfill your requests, and as otherwise consented to by you or as permitted by applicable law.
