A Lumberjack-et azoknak hoztuk létre, akik egy merőben eltérő éttermi hangulat részesei szeretnének lenni... Családias környezetben, a konyhai történéseket karnyújtásnyi távolságból élhetitek át és akár részesei is lehettek a saját ételeitek elkészítésének.
Ez nem egy szokványos étterem hanem egy privát étterem.
Főleg itt ütközik ki a merőben eltérő éttermi hangulat.. A hozzánk érkező vendégekkel egy időben nem tartózkodik más vendég az étteremben, csak ti és természetesen mi, akik elkészítik az ételeiteket, illetve italt ajánlanak. Ilyenkor csak rólatok szól minden és nem oszlik meg a figyelem, mindenki rátok figyel és így tudunk egy igazi kötetlen élményt varázsolni számotokra.

Many people don't think that a private gastronomic meal leaves a deep impression on you, but I have to say that this is exactly what happened here. We experienced a cavalcade of flavors that we would not have thought of. You look at everyday meals from a completely different perspective after this. In addition to the food, we were part of a very good atmosphere and very good conversation thanks to Balázs. I highly recommend anyone who can to visit Lumberjack and if possible, book a “Fire Nest” menu well in advance, every moment is something different and unusual. The crackling of the fire, the smell of smoke completely captivates you. We will definitely be back many times. Thank you again Balázs and Zsolt!
A place with a special atmosphere. The harmony of the dishes is perfect. The unique whiskey pairing was so professional that I have never experienced it before, I highly recommend it. We had a completely new experience in both the atmosphere and the food and drink pairing.
This is not a regular restaurant (Apartment Restaurant) there is no fixed menu and that's the good thing about it, they can accommodate up to 14 people but a table party, family, friends, etc... The experience was top notch, the communication of the waiter was balanced, exactly how much you want, he was prepared in the choice of drinks, there will be no wine, Gin, whiskey that would not be paired with the menu and does not go with it in taste. For me 10/10.
High-end dining with attention to the smallest details. A very exclusive experience. Lots of experimenting went into the final plates which we immensely enjoyed. Cuisine at philosophical heights creating food that touches the heart through the senses. Drinks selected with impeccable taste.
Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere. Balàzs is a higyly accomplished chef and we had un unforgettable evening. Highly recommend it.
