We believe that the best grapes can only come from healthy and hummus-rich soil that is alive that’s why we work in a biodynamic way and we are DEMETER certiefied. In every area of the estate's life, we strive to have the smallest possible ecological footprint and work as ally of nature. That's why we put sustainability at the heart of every decision we make, even when it comes to small details like bottle weight, renewable energy, homemade sourdough bread, or even the disposal of single-use plastics.

My favorite biodynamic wines, with Demeter certification (the world's oldest ecological label and considered the highest, most rigorous standard for organic agriculture). It could be described as "beyond organic" or "beyond sustainability": I saw how Kristinus applies biodynamic farming, treating the farm as a living organism: a holistic system where soil, plants, animals, and humans work together. Excellent, unforgettable wines, thanks to the dedication of its great personnel who never disappoints me. Kudos to Florian Zaruba for his passionate mastership in running the winery!
It is as cool as in the pictures. Had a great meal first and afterwards a nice tour of the estate. Respect for what was built and how it is maintained. 100% recommend!
Nice design hotel among vineyards near Lake Balaton. Higher level than the usual Hungarian standard. Great garden party in house music style :-)
