How much does it cost to request an offer?+
Nothing. The service is free for guests and commits you to nothing – we have the business relationship with our partner restaurants, not with you.
What is the minimum group size?+
10 guests. Requests below 10 people are rejected automatically; for smaller groups you can book on reservours.com. There is no hard upper limit, but most of our partners host groups of 10–70.
How many restaurants can I ask at once?+
Up to 5 at a time. You fill in a single form and every selected restaurant answers you – no need to call them one by one.
How soon will I get an answer?+
The selected restaurants usually reply by email within a few days with a personalised offer. Around Christmas it is worth asking early, as December dates fill up fast.
Does requesting an offer commit me to anything?+
No. A request is not a booking: you compare the offers that come in and accept only the one that truly fits. The rest can be declined with a single click.
What kind of events can I book for?+
Company dinners, Christmas dinners, year-end and farewell parties, team building events, birthdays or family gatherings – essentially any group meal above 10 people.
